This kitchen renovation features a rebuilt island with new cabinetry, open shelving, a microwave hutch, and extra storage on the back. Cream cabinets with copper-toned trim add timeless elegance. The back wall includes glass-front cabinets and a double pantry, while a custom vent hood cabinet blends above the stove. The old pantry closet was transformed into a recessed fridge nook with matching trim and overhead storage. On the right, a custom wine rack and a cozy coffee bar complete the space, finished with coordinating backsplash and wainscoting.

The result is a warm, functional kitchen perfect for everyday living and gatherings.

Washington Bathroom Remodel

These once builder-grade bathrooms are now serene, spa-like retreats. We replaced the old flooring with marble-inspired tile and added a new vanity with a quartz countertop and LED mirrors. An outdated tub was swapped for a custom walk-in shower with textured tile, a corner bench, and a recessed niche, while another opted for a replacement tub adorned by stunning, large format tile & new shower glass. Toilet areas were expanded for better flow and added sleek cabinetry for extra storage. One bathroom showcases skilled craftsmanship with a custom built mirror system consisting of recessed shelving & barn-door inspired mirrors.

The result is a calming, functional space our client loves.

Hammond Deck Project

This deck transformation brought fresh life and functionality to the back of an older home. The original space, surrounded by overgrown shrubbery and worn wood railings, lacked usability and modern appeal. The old wood was replaced with durable composite decking in a rich tone and sleek black aluminum railings for a clean, timeless look. A raised platform expanded the space and improved drainage, while enhancing the home’s curb appeal.

The result is a stylish, low-maintenance deck perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

This once-simple room was transformed into a polished, functional office tailored for focus and comfort. After planning with our design specialist, we brightened the space with fresh paint and installed custom cabinetry for smart storage and integrated shelving. Highlights include designated desk areas and a striking floor-to-ceiling shelving unit paired with a pantry-style cabinet.

Tate Custom Bookcase Project

This renovation tackled major leveling issues in an older home, requiring precision and care. We removed outdated storage and a large fireplace, then worked closely with the client through multiple design revisions. The new built-out feature wall allowed us to add stylish shelving and create a walk-in closet behind it—boosting both storage and space in the master suite.

After water damage from a leaking shower devastated this home, we fully restored the ceiling, walls and staircase. Damaged drywall was removed, replaced, and finished with smooth texture and fresh paint to match the original look.

While not flashy, this essential repair protected the home and brought the space back to a clean, refreshed state.

Chaz Flooring Project

This flooring project made a major impact. The original ceramic tile throughout the space was outdated, low-quality, and lacked the visual warmth the homeowner was looking for. It simply didn’t do justice to the rest of the upgrades taking place. As part of a full remodel, we replaced outdated ceramic tile with high-gloss, wood-look porcelain flooring. It combines the warmth of hardwood with the durability of tile, instantly elevating the home's aesthetic.

Installed with precision mid-renovation, the new flooring reflects light beautifully and creates a seamless, high-end foundation that ties the entire home together.
